Job responsibilities：
As a Management Trainee (MT) at PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia, you will join an intensive leadership and technical development program designed to prepare high-potential graduates for future leaders roles within the textile manufacturing industry. The program includes structured rotations across key departments to provide a comprehensive understanding of GTI’s end-to-end operations.
